How do I set my oven to manual cooking? There is a hand on the cooker but always seams to be on auto. Can you please tell me wher the model number is. Regards Lin

0 Sorry but this is not the correct oven. This oven has a Bell, a cooking pot, a steaming cooking pot, a hand, a +, and a -. It also has 2 round switches for temperature and 1 for oven/grill.
