I also moved into a unit without any manuals.The oven has a number FZ511XAUS8374cod033600101002400w240vs/n606201840 and there does not seem to be any number on the cook top except schott ceran.Are the above controlls the same for all models ? Also the heating elements continually heat up to bright red then constantly turn off resulting in very long cooking times.Is this normal or is there a problem with the thermostat ?
