Question About Ariston Oven FS41 GB

Hello I have just moved into my new house and do not know where the previous owners have kept the manual. I wanted to use the oven but the numbers and temperature labels from the 3 knobs have rubbed off therefore i do not know what each one is. Please could you tell me what they are: e.g which is the oven knob etc. Thank you julivia
