0 http://kitchen.manualsonline.com/manuals/mfg/ariston/fm81r_ix_aus.html?idRes=11424627 Page 4. Buttons list starts left to right. So first button is the bell. You need the fourth button which is a hand for manual. This manual is not for the FM87 but is almost identical.
