We have had a repairer out 4 times and are booked for a fifth. They have replaced the water pump and a valve. The water is collecting underneath (it's clean so not a backflow from drain)and we know that removing this water makes it work again temporarily, but we can't find why it's collecting there in the first place. The repairer has checked the hoses when machine is hot in case this was causing a slow leak. It seems to be around the final rinse that problems start and each time it's been "fixed" it's lasted 3 to 4 washes before doing it again implying maybe a slow biuld up of the water.

0 We finally had the problem fixed. The repairer discovered that the timer had a fault but only on the final rinse, which he said was very unusual as normally if the timer is the issue it is totally broken not only playing up in one part of the cycle. Once the timer was replaced the machine has worked perfectly although it took 5 visits and over $400 in unecessary repairs first (pumps, valves etc replaced to no avail).
