0 We bought this from Coast Wholesale Appliances in 2008, from the floor, so there was no manual with it. Now we are having problem with starting it and don't know if it is just a programming glitch or if there is something wrong with electronics. It will start with the bottom rack removed, but as soon as you put the rack back, it won't start at all.
