hi, i have an old atlas oven which has the dial to set the time and also another timer which has start and finish written on it. it is numbered from 1 to 12. does this have anything to do with me being able to turn the oven on? it worked when i first wired it up but now nothing that i do (playing with the dial) will turn the oven or grill on. all 4 elements work and the warmer. help
