I just purchased the avanti wd99ps yesterday. I followed the instructions before hooking it up last night and put my artic polar water jug on top before bed. This morning I had water all over my kitchen floor. Not sure if the product is damaged or if I did something wrong. I took the cap of the jug completely off because I didn't see anything inside that would puncture the smaller opening. Any ideas?
