Question About West Bend Back to Basics Blender None
cannot remember if there is a rubber piece that goes near the blade when putting the blender together...

Have not used the blender in quite some time--it was stored in pieces and not put together when we moved last. When I first used it there was considerable leaking at the base and I seem to remember a circular rubber part that may have alleviated that problem. Am I correct and if so where does that rubber item go? I would love to see a picture.
