. One month ago we purchased a restaurant with what we believe to be a Cyclone Convection oven ( Model CO11-E1) ? Although not sure, with casters and toggle switch that reads dry/moist. Cooking times seem to vary. With over cooked roasts and under cooked pies and cakes, we need a manual that lists temperatures and cooking times. Could you email us a manual please? Thank you.
