Question About Bakers Pride Oven Oven Y-602-DSP
hood sistem required...

we are going to buy a new Baker's Pride Y-602 double gas oven. what kind of hood sistem is recomended and size? we currently have a mediium hood sistem in place and would like to adapt it to fit our new oven. any help will be greatly apreciated. Thanks, Rafael.

0 as long as the oven has 6 in of hood on ether side and you have plenty of return air flow you should be just fine
