do you have a guide for cooking, other than temperatures, available. For example can potatoes and veg be cooked along with the meat. Have tried to find a manual for BM800 Air-Wave Health Cooker, as booklet that came with the cooker is somewhat vague, but unable to do so. Would be grateful for some assistance. Many thanks.
