Hi I have a beaumark dishwasher model: BM-DW9702-WH and I am using the cascade pods but my detergent isn't dissolving and my dishes stay dirty please help me

4 Check your water temperature at the tap closest to the dishwasher. If it is below 120 degrees F the pods won't dissolve properly.
