Chest Freezer model HS127C. We recently acquired this preowned freezer. It worked flawlessly for about a month but in the last week it is no longer keeping food frozen regardless of the temp setting. The freezer seems to be short cycling. It comes on quietly and clicks off in a matter of seconds. Is this something that I can troubleshoot myself. The freezer is in as new condition otherwise but does not warrant the cost of an appliance service visit. Thanks Richard
