My salt light stays on (static) all the time. Is this because I haven't added enough salt? How often should I use Rinse Aid? I live in a hard water area.

0 Same problem. The Salt light comes on whenever I turn the machine on. We've added loads of salt - I can feel it in the salt cavity, it's like mud. What's going on?
