We have moved into a rented house which the tenant...

We have moved into a rented house which the tenants have left us a beko fridge and beko freezer the problem is that the freezer keeps turning itself off and we've lost a lot of food now. And it's completely stopped working! we have no paper work or anything to do with the guarantee. Please help miss c armatrong
