Oven heats up ok but within 30 mins cooking time t...

Oven heats up ok but within 30 mins cooking time the fan makes a really loud noise. I had a look inside after taking the panel off n the fan is scrapping the element..i tried to realign but it still keeps happening please help

0 mine did the same, only it fused the house and now the oven doesn't work at all.
