I have a Beling FRIDGE FREEZER model BE811. The freezer operates fine but the drainage hole at the back of the fridge keeps completely icing over causing a puddle in the bottom of the fridge. I have tried it on all settings with the fan on the defrost button on also, the temperature button high or low, but still this is happening. I don't have the manual so don't know whether I need an engineer.
