I've just moved into an apartment where there is what looks like an unused Belling Synergie Buit-In Oven 482SI. When you switch the mains supply on the timer flashes 0.00 time and AUTO alternatively and no matter what combinations of buttons I seem to press I am unable to reset the time or get it to do anything except flash the above. Even powering off again makes no difference. The top oven and grill work OK but the main lower oven won't work because of the stuck timer problem.
