0 Symptom of problem: Microwave works intermittently or not at all. You can hear this by the "buzz" when it is working properly coming and going with a "bump" when it is not. Pushing the entire control panel sideways when using may temporarily fix this. When it does not heat, the turntable still turns. Possible cause: There are two transistors on the LHS as you look at the back of the control board (RHS of microwave viewed from front). These press up against the chassis of the microwave, and due to small movements when the controls are used, the solder joints come adrift. If these joints are re-soldered, the problem is fixed.
