The picture shown is not the actual processor I received. It does not have the side shoot at all. My problem is that the top to the base that does have the shoot, will not turn. It looks like it should but it won't budge. Can you help? Is it a clip or something that I need to pull or push while turning? I just can't tell and the directions say to turn counterclockwise. I have done this and it won't budge.
