I have this model only used several time and the plastic part that goes over centre post is cracked and I need a replacement part but there is no # part in manual for it I am very upset beacuse it is almost new. Please inform me if this part is replaceable as blender is useless without it. Thanks very much I look forward to a speedy reply. Yours truly Trudy Cloutier
