the nut and rectangular washer that holds the pulley on for the mixing spindle keeps working loose and falling off after 6 loaves or so, it's easy to take apart and fix it but you can only tighten the nut so far, and it keeps falling off, there's no place for a lock washer etc. so it's probably a manufacturing design, any ideas. the machine was purchased Dec 2009
