Directions confusing and contradictary. All recipes call for water at 80 degreesF/27c. Then when you go to page 23 of manual and they suggest trying white bread recipe first. Ingredients call for water to be at 80F/27c. Then when you to step 1, it says Make sure all ingredients, EXCEPT WATER, are at room temperature. Does this mean COLD water??? Step 2 says Measure water (80F/27C) and pour into bread pan. So in the end I don't know which it is. Is it COLD or ROOM TEMPERATURE for water???
