Is the time sequence description of this breadmaker available? In other words do you have the exact times of the various sequences of the operation for the "Basic" program setting. We are trying to determine what time in the operation is the final kneading blade beater spin finished prior to the last rising of the bread. We need this time to decide when we want to remove the kneading blades. We feel the removal of these kneading blades at this time will prevent the cooked loaf of bread from fusing into the kneading blades. At present, every time we cook a bun of bread, the kneading blades become embedded into the loaf of bread and it's removal causes 2 large holes into the bottom of the bun.
