Question About Black & Decker Bread Maker B2300
B&D B2300 Bread Maker...

The paddles keep coming off during mixing. I have made sure that they were seated properly on the shafts. Could the paddles be defective?

0 The first time I used it the dough lifted the lid. I have used it about 3 times since then, they're like rocks and had to be thrown out.
