The manual that came with our Model 2200 was a mess in both French and English. E.G.: The English recipe for 'Whole Wheat Current Bread on p. 17 is interrupted for pages 34 to 49 of the FRENCH recipes - and neither the French or English recipes for 'Whole Wheat Currant Bread' list currants among the ingredients.
