I am lactose intolerant. Can anything be used to replace the dried milk or milk in recipes?

0 I use plain water.as in the french bread. I use 1 tbls sugar 1/4 tsp salt 2 tbls oil 11/2 cups water 4 cups allpurpose flour almost 2 tsp active dry yeast Set course 3 and med crust for 2 lb loaf.I make 3-4 loaves a week and have it for 26 weeks and has been very good everytime.Most times it raises to the glass in the lid Good luck
