I purchased this blender months ago and no longer have the box. I haven't tried to use it until now and have misplaced the manual. When I plug it in the display screen flashes and makes a clicking sound. If I press one of the function buttons nothing happens. Can you tell me how to make it work? The model no. on the bottom of the blender is BLP5600KT. When I looked up this prodcut on your website I found a product number that looked like the same blender with a product no. of BLP5600GM. As I can no longer return this product to the store without a receipt can you please tell me how to fix it or at least access the manual so I can try and work it myself. thank you.
