I am making this bread and the dough is not forming to a ball, too sticky. Started the kneeding process over adding some flour. Still no ball but left to cook and see how it turns out. Any suggestions. ' When measuring the starch and Flour should I shake the cup before leveling off? or not... That could be the problem
