I find my dough always too dense, never light. So I have bought new yeast several times, keep it in the refrigerator and it does not help. This is my second Bread Maker, the first one was given to me with no manual so i just followed Robin Hoods recipes. Everything was perfect but it just stopped working one day. So my daughter bought me this one for a Christmas gift and it has yet to produce the correct dough texture. How can I change this?
