I just tried your herbed garlic french bread recipe - I followed all of the instructions correctly and the bread came out crumbly and fell apart and does not even have anything remotely like the texture of what bread is supposed to be. I suspect there is a typo in your recipe - you have called for 5 3/4 CUPS of bread flour and only 1 1/2 cups of water!! Please tell me what the proper measurements are supposed to be!
