0 Spray a little olive oil onto the shaft before inserting the blade and you will find this helps. You can also spray the blade before you put the water in and it will assist in freeing the blade from the cooked loaf. make sure its the warm water that goes in after the olive oil - if you put the flour in you may loose the effect.
