I'm am having a very hard time getting the cooked loaf out of the pan. I use a wooden spatula, but have mangled and squashed many loaves trying to get the bread, (with paddles) to fall off the rotating shafts. Can you give me any advice? I have thought about removing the dough before it starts to cook, but I can't tell when the cooking actually starts. Help!
