I love my bread maker!! But I find I am using French #5 most of the time and the machine seems to be slowing down on the mixing. It will go along fine and then the dough stops moving and you can hear the machine trying to continue moving the bread. Is it that cycle wearing out? Should I be using different cycles more often? I make a loaf of bread at least every other day.
