no power to the heater, thermal fuse is ok, motor ...

no power to the heater, thermal fuse is ok, motor runs ok,rt resistor ok but the heater does not heats,relay control is ok,heater is ok, where i must check? sorry i have no diagrams,,, tks in advance with this... Bob..
