In your printed manual, the Caraway Rye Bread (p. 33) and the Onion Rye Bread (p. 34) recipes contain no Rye flour, only "Bread Flour". Presumably Bread Flour is white flour, so how much Rye flour should be used in addition, or should I substitute Rye flour for the Bread Flour?
