The recipe for dinner rolls in your manual has to be wrong! I have tried it 3 times and had 3 failures. It seems to have not enough fluids in it. The dough doesn't properly mix and it comes out a heavy lump. Not what I envision for dinner rolls. The dough should be light and fluffy.
