Why did my B6000C not mix my gluten free bread well. When I looked at it after the mixing had stopped, it was not completely mixed, the yeast and dry mix was still sitting on top.

0 It is interesting B&D don't actually answer the questions but refer you to the manual which doesn't have the answers. Anyways, gluten free flours don't act like wheat flours, so it is best to have the flour soak in the liquids, say overnight, for best results, or use the dough setting and make your loaf in the oven. I use spelt flour (not completely gluten free) and brown rice flour and the loaf comes out weirdly shaped if left in the machine to bake. Good luck.
