Question About Black & Decker Can Opener EC475B
The knife sharpener of my Model EC475B can opener ...

The knife sharpener of my Model EC475B can opener does not seem to work properly. There is a white part inserted in the sharpener that I tried sliding my knife through. Is that part supposed to come out or should I actually be sliding my knife through it? It doesn't make a "sharpening" noise when I slide it through.
