Question About Black & Decker Coffeemaker BCM1410BC
I bought this coffee maker today and for the life ...

I bought this coffee maker today and for the life of me my husband and myself cannot get the coffee to stay hit after brewing. It is supposed to stay hot for 2 hours, and it stayed hot fir only 20 min or so. Tried the brew option (red light) and hitting it twice(green light). Neither worked. What are we not doing that is giving us cold coffee?
