I purchased a coffeemaker DCM21610B in October, 2014 at Sears. It has been used only about 4 to 8 times since then and worked fine until last week when it will heat up, but does not move any water up through the tube to spray the grounds. The grounds remain totally dry and the water is making noice and is hot. Can I do anything to this? It is still on warrantee. Could it have lost its prime? Thank you.
