Hello, the appliance I have is the 12-Cup Coffeemaker from Black&Decker Series ABD100/500. When I plug in and turn on the coffeemaker nothing happens. The water doesn't heat up, it doesn't get dispensed into the holder, the heating plate doesn't heat up. Nothing happens. I'm wondering if this is some technical issue or if possibly my appliance is busted. Thank you in advance Derek Lang,
