Question About Black & Decker Coffeemaker DCM2590
Screw-On Lid for Carafe...

I've noticed that when I shake the screw-on lid it sounds like there is liquid sloshing around inside of it. I do put it in dishpan when washing it. How did it get in there and when does it come out? Will it go into the coffee? (Yak) How do I contact the company for HELP?
