Hi I bought this product last week and unfortunately it has not worked. I plugged it on and it has not worked. i checked the fuse and there is no problem before I take it back for repair can i have some advise. i am in Nairobi. Maimuna

0 I have the same problem. How can I get this processor to work. I've tried everything and have read the manual. Ready to take it back.
