I also bought this product and find that it does not work. I cannot secure the blender and it will not turn on even though I follow the manual instructions exactly as written. Tested the fuse and the outlet. No problem there. Any suggestions.

0 I bought the Fx800 processor and have read the manual from beginning to end, followed all instructions but it did not work. Can anyone assist with ideas on how to get it to work?
