Question About Black & Decker Kitchen Utensil EK700K
need manual...

My brand new knife does not work at all. Have tried different electric outlets. It does absolutley nothing. Looks to me like the activation button may slide down, but I just don't know how to do it. There are two buttons on either side of the button (not the knife release buttons. These are white buttons. Please help!!!
