Have a Black and Decker Countertop oven CT0650. The baking portion of the oven will not come on. This is a 110 volt unit. The oven switch when turns clicks as if it is initiated and the toaster switch does the same. The temperaturenswitch does nothing and none of the burners glow red as that have in the past.
