Hello, The rotissere doesnt work on my toaster oven. It doesnt spin around. I purchase this item at P.C. Richard on October 21, 2011. What can i do to get it fix or a rplacement one. I really love this unit. i didnt take out extended warranty on the item. But it does have the one year manufacture warranty. Please can you get back and let me know what can be done about the problem. I would greatly appreciate any help you can give to me.
