Question About Black & Decker Oven CTO4400B
How to clean lower heating elements...

Model #CTO4400B Black&Decker Perfect Broil Convection (toaster) oven problem: There is burnt food/spills on the metal guards that surround both lower heating elements. This is causing a strong burning smell and some smoking. I cannot find how to remove and/or clean these pieces. It is unusable in this condition - please help!
